My stay at Backwater Ripple in Kumarakom was a mixed bag. While the rooms were exceptional with lovely finishes and that delightful lemongrass aroma, they could have been cleaner. I truly appreciated the spaciousness and privacy they offered. The service was top-notch; the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. However, the location felt a bit isolated, making it tough to get around. Overall, it's a serene getaway but with some aspects that need improvement.
